Copyright and intellectual property
Card text and images are posted by the account that saved them. Zellwork does not review every upload for ownership. If your work is on a card without permission, you can send a notice. This page is the process. It does not list a designated agent address, because one has not been published yet.
Your responsibility and Zellwork’s
You may upload only content you own or are allowed to publish on a public web page. A Personal Card and a Provider Card are public once they are saved. A license that only covers a private album may not cover that.
Zellwork owns its name, logo, software, and the design of the product. You own your card content, subject to the limited license in the Terms of Service that lets Zellwork host and display it. Zellwork does not claim your photos as its own.
Copyright notices
Send a copyright notice to legal@zellwork.com. A notice should include:
- Your name and a mailing or email address where you can be reached.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was used.
- The Zellwork URL of the card, and enough detail to find the photo or text on that page. A username alone is weaker than the full link.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
This list tracks the kind of information a formal notice needs. Zellwork has not designated a copyright agent and has not published a street address for service of notices. Until that designation is posted on this page, email is the contact that exists. Do not invent an address or send originals of identity documents.
What this page covers
This page covers copyright in text and images on a Personal Card or a Provider Card, and it covers trademarks when a card presents itself as a brand it is not. It does not cover a dispute about the quality of a job, a price, or a no-show. Those are not intellectual-property notices. Use the report form only if the card also breaks the Community Guidelines.
Zellwork will not compare two providers’ styles and decide who is more original. A notice has to identify a specific work and a specific place on a card. “They copied my whole business” is not enough unless you point at the photo or the text.
What Zellwork may do
Zellwork may remove the image or text, hide the card, or disable the account while it reviews the notice. It may also ask you to clarify a notice that does not identify the work or the page. Removal is not a finding that a court would agree with the notice.
If the same account keeps posting the same infringing material after a valid notice, Zellwork may disable the account. That is a repeat-infringement rule for this service, not a public score.
If your content was removed
If you believe a removal was a mistake, email legal@zellwork.com. Include the card URL, what was removed, why you are allowed to use it, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court in the district where your address is located, or, if you are outside the United States, in any district where Zellwork may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
Zellwork may restore the content if the notice sender does not file a court action after a counter-notice, or it may leave the content down. This page does not promise a restore deadline. The statutory timing for a formal counter-notice process should be confirmed by counsel when an agent is designated.
Trademarks and impersonation
A username, name, or logo that impersonates a brand can be reported as impersonation on the Reporting & Safety page, and it can be emailed to the legal address with the card link and a description of the mark. Zellwork may hide the card or disable the account. It does not run a separate trademark registry.
False notices
Do not send a notice for work you do not own, and do not use this process to take down a competitor. A knowing misrepresentation can expose the sender to liability. Zellwork may ignore a notice that is incomplete or abusive, and it may disable an account that sends them.

Repeat posting
Taking an image down and uploading it again on a new card, or on the same card under a new link title, is still the same complaint. Zellwork may disable the account instead of playing tag with copies. A new username does not reset that history when the account is the same person and the material is the same.
If you had a license and it ended, take the image off the card. A license that expired is not a defense to leaving the file up.
